NATIONAL PATIENT EXPERIENCE SURVEY RESULTS MAY/JUNE 2026

We would like to thank everyone who took the time to complete the survey and share their feedback.  We were delighted to receive many positive comments about our team, as well as helpful suggestions on how we can continue to improve our services.

 Survey Highlights

Patients rated their overall experience of the practice 8.65 out of 10.

94% of patients say they were offered an appointment that suited their needs.

53% of patients said it was extremely easy to get an appointment that suited their needs while a further 34% said it was somewhat easy.

83% of patients said they were able to see their preferred clinician.

98% of patients found our staff helpful.

 Improving access to appointments

Over the coming months, we will be reviewing our appointment system to explore whether we can introduce more pre-bookable appointments, reducing the need for patients to contact us on the day.

We will also be changing our website provider to make it easier for patients to access information and see what services are available.

Thank you once again to everyone who provided feedback. Your comments are invaluable in helping us improve the care and service we provide.
